If you have a child who is already into photography, or you just want to help foster a love of photography in general (even if it is just so they are more obliging about getting their photos taken!) I've created a list of gift ideas that should help you find something they will love. There is something for all ages and stages here too, plus for even more inspiration, you might want to check out last year's gift list for children, which has 8 more (all completely different) ideas too.
Create your own game of Monopoly using your favourite images! A cool way to create a game that is also a personalised family keepsake.
Let your little one become a mini me with this toy camera - great for role playing.
The title kinda says it all! A book for beginners to learn photography, but aimed at kids, and even some ideas for cool things to make with your photos.
This is just one of many cool designs by Chick and Blossom, all photogaphy related!
I'd love this! It's a cool looking camera (available in others colours, not just pink :) ) and I think older kids would love the fact that it instantly prints your pics! (Remember to buy film too)
6) Flash Cards
If your child is ready to learn their ABC's (and 1,23's) then you could give them this personalised set of flash cards - what a great way to learn!
A bit of educational fun for older children, you can put together your own (working!) camera. You need to build it, load with film, and then start shooting! I wouldn't be convinced that the quality of the images would be great, but an interesting project for a photography student!
Create your own memory game, using 12 of your favorite photos - mix them up, try to creates matches and win! (Different designs available)
If your little girl is still Elsa obsessed, how about a cute little bag to carry her camera around in?
I love this! It attaches to your child's bike or skateobard so they can film action shots, plus it's fully waterproof with the case included so they can take pictures underwater too!
